Questions, answered
Gifting, shipping, the Christmas sale and memberships.
How does the Christmas sale work?
Gift sets and Mystery Packs are 50% off until December 25. Use code XMAS50 at checkout. It is usually added for you. If you don't see it, tap "Add promotion code" and type XMAS50. Shipping and memberships are not discounted.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order early in December for the best chance. Holiday shipping gets busy, so the sooner you order, the safer.
Can I ship it straight to them?
Yes. Put their address in the shipping section at checkout and write your note in the gift message box. We include it in the box.
Are these real designer fragrances?
Yes. Every mini is an authentic designer fragrance.
Do you have men's fragrances?
Yes. Pick "For him" at checkout for scents like Bleu de Chanel, Dior Sauvage and Tom Ford, or "Mix of both."
What's the difference between a gift set and a membership?
A gift set or Mystery Pack is bought once, with no subscription. A membership sends a new box every month until it's cancelled.
How does the free first fragrance work?
Start Discovery. You pay $9.99 shipping today, and the $19.99 monthly membership starts 30 days later.
Can a membership be cancelled?
Yes, anytime from the account page, with no fees. Memberships renew monthly on the buyer's card until cancelled.
Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States.
